Known affectionately as the Cicchitti Handcraft Winery by its owner, Jose Cicchitti, the 1928 adobe winery uses renovated cement/epoxy tanks, a modern horizontal French mechanical press and 100 medium toast, French oak barrels in the aging cellar. Cicchitti employs winemaker Jorge Benitez in producing the following wines and sparkling wines:
